My building recently switched to this management and I’ve found management to be extremely helpful. I had a maintenance issue recently and they were quick to resolve it and ensure it was fixed asap. And Michelle is always very responsive over email and seems to genuinely care about the tenants! The price as well for the apartment is incredible with the account of size!

Our building recently changed management to Supreme Consulting and the switchover has been amazing- user-friendly and easy. The company immediately began renovations on the heritage building , including landscaping, and setting up security features in the front and back stairwell entrances. Maintenance issues are resolved promptly and Michelle is sincere, proffessional and kind. With the age of the building and area it resides in, the steps this new management has taken to upgrade and improve the safety for the tenants is wonderful. I personally feel a lot safer in the building and communicating with this team than other managements. They also keep their word when making sure tenants inside the building adhere to the non-smoking policies and respond to noise complaints. Things have improved inside and outside the building and I couldn't be happier! They really care about their tenants.
