Visit date - Oct 13, 2025. Time - ~19:30 hrs Purpose - wanted to get an insurance estimate for the new car I’m purchasing. Experience - was told by rep “ you don’t even have profile with us and it’s weird for you to ask for an estimate. You should go to insurance where your have profile” Outcome - collected my license and walked out. Will make sure people in my social circle who may have insurance with Sussex take their business to other service providers

called to inquire about my insurance with them. The staff were helpful in pointing me towards ICBC and getting their number, but overall were not very friendly. They kept interrupting me when I asked questions, and felt like they were rushing to drop our conversation. Not the worst service, and maybe they were just super busy, but I personally wouldn't recommend them.

The worst service I had experienced so far in Canada. Very rude and weird behaviour from the lady who was assisting us with the vehicle transfer. As if she just wanted to get rid of anybody coming to her for assistance and had no knowledge of her job. For every question we asked she kept laughing like a fool for no reason.. May be there is something wrong with her mentally and I seriously think that the management needs to look into it.

This was really bad experience for me on 18th Feb at 7.20pm, I was using this agency for my ICBC insurance and I have flight tomorrow at 5am, one day before I asked the process and they want me to come with plates to cancel the insurance. I reached at 7.20pm and location was supposed to be closed at 9 and only 2 other customers in the que. The lady said she can not handle anymore customers and asked me to go to other place. I was using them because they were open till late. I requested her and referred my conversation with other employee she said that employee is gone and she can not do anything. Too bad customer focus.
