Extremely happy with the team at MK Urban&Rural, we feel they are very fair and supportive, after constant rejection and so many viewings our offer was accepted and we felt that the team actually wanted to see us as a young family get our first property rather than chase cash/commission. We didnt feel like we where pushed to offer more and more and more like we have been and it was really refreshing to actually get advice and support rather than just rejection! The team are friendly, responsive and supportive and we are so happy with the service, we sent our offer in over the weekend and it was accepted first thing Tuesday (after bank holiday). Urban and Rural and specifically Jonathan Blake has been our managing agent for our property in MK for a few months now. Jonathan helped us with listing the property, marketing and then eventually finding a tenant and now also manages the property for us. Jonathan did a really good job with quickly turning around the property from the time to market - to the tenants moving in which was brilliant. Overall, it has been nothing short of a fantastic experience dealing with Jonathan. He and the rest of his team are thorough professionals and absolutely wonderful to deal with . I had some not-so-great experiences in the past dealing with estate agencies and so was initially very apprehensive. However, Jonathan has really changed my perception and brings such a breath of fresh air and integrity to his role, and I couldn’t be more pleased and grateful for the support we’ve had. Jonathan takes accountability always, is very approachable and is proactive in dealing with issues. I couldn’t recommend Jonathan Blake and Urban and Rural high enough.

After a great experience buying our house through Urban & Rural, we went back to sell with them again a few years later. Adam was extremely professional putting the house on the market, very personable and took great photos. In 24 hours of being up for sale we had sold for full asking price. Although there has been some bumps along the way, Urban & Rural were always helpful and great to deal with. Steven was also a huge help by providing weekly updates and working hard to get us towards completion. Highly recommend!
