I had to catch it and have them tear up a full day's worth of work! 3) The tile is crooked. All walls and counters in my house now look uneven. 4)His team switched the color of the grout in random spots on the floor and refused to admit the mistake. 5)Damage to my paver entry way walk was broken when they drove a fork lift with several tons of tile on it. 6)Despite Juan himself saying someone was going to be fired as I complained about the errors and delays, he never showed up to manage the crew, fix their mistakes, or help get the job completed on time.
