From the start, he was professional, honest, and explained everything clearly so I understood what needed to be done. The repair was completed on time, and my car is now running perfectly. Great for both me and my girlfriends cars. Hers got fully serviced and Collin flagged some issues that hadn't been previously noted from previous garages. I had an emergency fix due to my fuel filter, was fixed perfectly. Would recommend.

Colin may not have been able to fix my wife's car at the time, but was happy to diagnose the problem. He squeezed me in even though he was extremely busy. I would have understood if he had just said No, sorry I can't help at the moment. He didn't, and followed up with a reasonable quote for what would be a thorough proper job, rather than just replacing 1 part like many had suggested. Hoping he can fit us in soon, but might have to go elsewhere through neccessity. Many thanks Colin.
