Have an unhappy senior dog. Became ill somewhat spontaneously a few days back. Reasonable timing to get an appointment, thorough examination, and a willing and empathetic vet listening to standard of care expectation and what I was looking to do. I explained that diagnostic certainty through a myriad of expensive tests was unnecessary—especially if those results would point to more tests which in turn would point to invasive medical procedures to attempt miracles. Vet understood and I appreciated that. I was happy to treat dog based on likely condition and vet’s intuition. Went with medication —antibiotics pills and drops—trusting these will work—and so far it seems like it is. Rationing medical treatment may seem harsh but searching for miracles at enormous cost can too easily get out of hand. Nice to not be judged by vet and no high pressure sales to push for latest and greatest.

I teared up a bit watching the way the vet was examining my lovely orange cat, as she was so incredbly lovely with him, and did above and beyond! The last place we went to didnt even bother checking 99% of wha the should have and here at prince do whales, they checked EVERYTHING his inital exam here, and it made me fee like he was truly being checked out and cared for. i left feeling so incredibly informed on what my pet was experiencing. Not only was everything explained to me but also draw on a diagram and for someone with autism, it made might understanding of everything so smooth and easy. I also left so incredibly happy with the service i experienced. this will definitely be Taylor’s vet for everything! Thank you for the most amazing service

This vet was Amazing . First time there and they were wonderful and very informative. All of the staff were so kind and gentle with our new Pup Hope , and even had a follow up call the next day. Highly recommend 👌 Than you Prince of Wales Animal hospital

They are so far the best animal clinic ever been to. I got my cat neutered 2 days ago and I was so worried about the healing and how bad it would look but they did such an amazing job and he’s doing great. No pain or discomfort at all. They’re also super lovely :))
