I was directed to this company by the port of Portland. I spoke to 3 different people who all seemed nice and said they could help. 3 days of trying to reach the person to get rates and they responded with a one or 2 sentence email saying they can’t help me sorry. I needed to pry to get a response as to why they couldn’t help me. As customer service goes this company needs work.

The people are always happy and helpful. Joy and Sophia are exceptional at what she does and is easy to talk to and joke around with. From the front to the warehouse everyone is amazing

From a local truck driver they are super helpful and very nice at the front counter. The warehouse employees also do a very good job loading and unloading drivers so there isn't much wait time.
