Delivered my child here & it wasn’t the worst but it also wasn’t the best. The 1st nurse sticked me 4 different times (not exaggerating) before finally drawing my blood. Most of the nurses were very rude or not great at communicating. I understand that its their job & they are there to get paid but if you are that miserable in your line of work then you should switch careers. There were only 3 nurses plus my doctor in total that were very kind & helpful. There was one nurse who stood out. I forgot her name but she worked the night shift, I believe she was black, had braids. VERY helpful & kind. Unfortunately not everyone treated me like her. The young lady who does all the birth certificate work gave me misleading information. So now I have to fix my child’s birth certificate with an attorney & the state which is going to cost me a good amount of money. My experience as a first time mom was great. I just wished I went to a better hospital with better staff. Never again.

This review is for the ER Doctor Dr. Abdul Qadir Khan, MD. This Doctor saved my life. Dr. Khan listened to me, did not dismiss my concerns (which happens far too often in hospital these days) took immediate action based on my symptoms, and hospitalized me until my condition improved. His bedside manner, ability to make swift decisions regarding progressing conditions, and genuine care for the health and safety of his patients makes this Doctor my hero. I have been living in pain for years! Because Dr. Khan cared enough to do diagnostic testing, I finally have some answers and a starting point to begin healing. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves and when he retires I can tell you this hospital and the patients will feel his departure. Thank you for getting me home to my children Dr. Khan

Never called in my meds like they said they were gonna when I visited the ER 10/10/25. Never ever followed up with me over where to send prescription too. My stomach is still bad. Never went over my discharge paperwork with me. Was just told hey you can go home and that was all that was said. Dr came in twice and never followed up with me over discharge and neither did the nurse. Felt like a huge inconvenience even coming in. Would still like the prescription I was promised.
