How are they even in business. I ordered two items from the same website 3 days apart. The latter order arrived with Dragonfly. The first order was a victim of TForce. It is MIA. They don't bother to even attempt delivery. Apparently it was missorted. And has now gone back to the sender. I paid for insurance on this delivery but not on the other one (I didn't actually mean to get shipping insurance, I just didn't notice I had until I'd paid). The irony is not lost on me that the insured item has been lost by the shipping company, whilst the uninsured item was delivered perfectly fine. Put TForce out of business.

Drivers are so incompetent they don't even know how to check an address in GPS. Package delivered to wrong address and I have received no real help from TForce. They sent me an copied template email with a picture of someone else' porch and when I reply back, I never hear anything again. GARBAGE COMPANY. I can't believe large online retailers contract with them!

How this company is still going, is beyond me. Zero communication. Awful attitudes. Apparently they are late on 99.9% of deliveries. Packages just magically disappear. No accountability. I legitimately think the only reason they are in business still, is due to delivering for IKEA. That's if you even get your packages. *Copy and pasting the same response, is not the way to handle your issues. You don't care and it shows. Just keep sweeping everything under the rug.*

This company is a complete joke. Unlike FedEx, UPS, USPS, Dhl, Purolator and Canada Post, TForce won’t allow receivers to pick up. You will also never receive a notice slip of any kind stating a delivery attempt was made. Call them to request a pickup and they’ll say no as Covid guidelines restricts them from allowing this. There are no Covid guidelines in place anymore restricting a person from picking up their package. Unfortunately my apartment has zero access to it by non-tenants as our buzzer is out of commission at the moment. I work all day so of course I’m not home to run down to receive my package. I’ve called and called spoke with about 4-5 different representatives to arrange for my package to be delivered on a timely manner as I leave the country in a few days. Even suggested for them to deliver it to my work. First 3 assured me my address was changed, called today and got told no address update had been made to deliver it to my work instead You would think if you paid for shipping you would receive your package on time but no, not with TForce. Good luck getting your package if you live in an apartment. Customer service will run you in circles, hang up on you, and just straight up not do their job.
