Shannon was fantastic! She was able to quickly find me a tenant in just a few short weeks. Outside of the usual work, she also took the initiative to help me find and coordinate the repairs, repaint, and cleaning of my apartment, all at very good rates. She tapped into her network of contractors and established services. It was all executed very timely, all in time for my new tenant to start.
