I call euphoria the "hidden gem" of chicago! When I have a day off my favorite place to go for self care! The atmosphere is calming and they use all organic/authentic products for hair/skin treatments. I am always amazed how my skin looks & feels after a day at euphoria! This place is so unique and I can't believe the prices! The staff are attentive and I always leave feeling refreshed! I always get the moroccan hammam treatment followed up by a full body massage. Fadwa the manager goes out of her way to make sure you have an amazing experience!

I had a disappointing experience during my Mom’s recent visit. I booked and paid for a 75-minute massage, but the session lasted only about 50–55 minutes. When I brought this up to the front desk, Mariam, who was working at the time, was noticeably rude and dismissive. I asked to speak with a manager about the issue, and Mariam told me the manager was busy and that I would have to wait two hours to speak with her. This level of customer service was frustrating and unprofessional. I expected more from a place that offers premium services. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously and addresses both the quality of service and the way staff interacts with clients.

Fadwa and Hesna provided exceptional service with kindness and attention. We had an opportunity to speak to the owner. He made us feel welcome and greatly appreciated our business. Euphoria's ambiance, top-notch service, and exquisite treatments create a luxurious spa experience. A hidden gem worth revisiting for relaxation and rejuvenation.
