Decent boutique hotel and average sized rooms. But neat and clean. Food quality is good but the quantity per plate is low and food cost is high. Room charges are appropriate. The staff is very cooperative and gives excellent service. Location is very central and a few about 3 minutes walk from the Metro station.

It was a hellish experience. I booked a kitty party here and I will never do it again. We booked the kitty and when we arrived the manager had given the table to a walk-in group. When asked, the manager made up some story and made us wait for 45min before having an appropriate table for us. Then the service was the worst. They were serving random dishes that we didn’t booked and then everything was cold in food. The drinks were hot and without ice. Food was tasteless. The waiters were good and they were trying their best to service but the whole fault was of the manager. He was rude, unprofessional, inconsiderate of the whole situation. He gave such bad service and still expected us to be alright. All in all I will never ever book this place again.

We were really disappointed with the hotel service, visited on last Friday 10th Oct 25. The staff were so unprofessional, and our booking was completely overlooked upon arrival. This experience was stressful and far below expectations. To make matters worse, we were moved to a different hotel based on false information, without any apology or proper explanation. Totally unacceptable.

I have been to 3 hotels in delhi and this is by far the best one. They actually clean and wash the bedsheets and towels. The room and AC is very quiet. The hotel is very clean and looks very nice and modern. The location is not perfect but its in a residential area and I had friendly interactions with people there. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Beakfast was delicious and the restaurant looks very well designed. Its a very fair price and staff never tried to pressure me for extra services unlike other hotels. As a foreigner i felt very safe.
