I’ve been working with Shane at the Maryland and Delaware Group Property Management to manage my property for years, and I couldn’t be happier. They are professional, responsive, and handle everything efficiently—from tenant concerns to maintenance requests. I always feel informed and confident knowing my property is in their capable hands. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable property management.

Shane & team do a phenomenal job! They handle all aspects of managing my property. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests or communicating to teants and/or manicupalities, they keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. What really stands out is their attention to detail & genuine care for both owners & tenants. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I have complete peace of mind knowing my property is in such capable hands.

Don't know where the good reviews are coming from because none of their tenants that I'm neighbors with have anything good to say about them including myself. The response they give here sounds nothing like what you'll get in person. It's always the same complaints by different people. One of them I've never heard complain about anything not once then the day came when I saw her on the phone frustrated. After she got off the phone she mentioned to me that she was tired of them and surprised me by cursing which I've never heard her do while speaking of the same one mentioned in other reviews (by coincidence). She moved out two month later so because of that and my own personal experience I find the negative reviews to be more accurate no matter what the property managements response is. From dealing with them I wouldn't be surprised if they are writing at least some of the positive reviews themselves.because at least no one around here speaks of them the same as the positive reviews. I see not one positive review from anyone I know of because all of those people have nothing good to say. I'm glad I'll be moving soon and more than a few people have moved or are desperate to move because of these people. I'm just one of them. It barely took two months for a tenant to claim their moving once the lease is up. On the bright side of things I can say at least I know where to get my roommates from as I need them once I've moved. UPDATE: I sure am one of your tenants and I say that with shame and heartache although I won't be one for long. Then of course I'm not going to post my information so I can receive more mess from you people. I get nothing out of writing negative reviews no matter how many of them I post here as they are honest and accurate to the best of my knowledge. Therefore something must've happened to get me to write it. I didn't just google MD & DE GROUP MANAGEMENT out of nowhere then start writing a review for the fun of it.I see you mentioned in another reply that your able to post documents proving your points for these reviews and even went so far as to lay out the whole process of rejecting their application so now post one of timeframes your tenants move in and out and prove me a lair also. I seem to know more about your tenants than you as I stated before you have ten months until one of your tenants move out as they told me so. That's two months and they are already fed up. Then there's the one that cursed you then moved out. She now gives rent money to my sister and not you as that is where I directed her. Then there's the guy around the corner that's gone. He even left his chickens and just got out in a rush. He now gives rent money to my uncle and not you as that's where I directed him. Just so you know. You have tenants that are frustrated about their toilet not being fixed and it's been weeks. I've been thinking about having roommates when I move and guess where I'll get them from. Call me a liar again or have my honest review unrightfully removed and I'll rewrite a new one with photos of the insides of the properties I'm speaking of and I'll make my review hold up as truthful that way and we both know you don't want that. As I've also said what people get in person sounds nothing like the replies you're giving for these reviews. Should I post the recordings elsewhere to prove I'm honest about that to because I sure do record all calls made after hearing what the one female got out of you people.

Hey there! I live in one of your buildings and have been reaching out for about one month (3 calls, 3 emails). I am leaving town in September and I need a FOB for my dog sitter. I'd also be happy with a code to the building. Is there anyone that could tackle this for me? Update: I received the following notice quite quickly after posting my review. "Good morning this is the property management office just returning and following up on the email that was sent over regarding extra fobs and passcodes for the building. Unfortunately, the building is a secure building. We do not give extra fobs out or passcode to any on occupied tenants at the property. Thank you." I work 12-14 hour days on a regular basis and need a solution for my dog that doesn't cost hundreds of dollars. If you have similar needs, I do not recommend this management company.
