Review: I lived at this property for 5 ½ years, and unfortunately, my experience with the leasing company — especially during the move-out process — was extremely disappointing. From the start, when I moved in, the lease clearly stated that the carpet had not been replaced and the walls hadn’t been repainted, so the unit already showed signs of wear. After being a long-term, reliable tenant, I expected a fair move-out process. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. The leasing office, and Emily in particular, made things unnecessarily difficult. They demanded access to my unit before my lease was up so they could take pictures to pre-lease it while I was still cleaning. This felt invasive and unprofessional. When it came time to return my security deposit, they refused to return a dime, blaming “damages” that were clearly normal wear and tear after 5 ½ years of occupancy — which any reasonable leasing company would acknowledge. On top of that, they tacked on outrageous fees clearly designed to withhold my deposit. Beware if you’re considering renting from this company. They are quick to take your money and impossible to work with when you move out. It’s a shame because long-term tenants deserve better.

the Shandon group is amazing ! Very sweet, polite Great customer service.. simply amazing souls ☺️.. they do anything they can help you. I’m so glad I have the opportunity to rent from them and I Refer all my family and friends !! The maintenance team is great as well. UPDATE: The company did respond to the issues at hand and all was resolved to our satisfaction. It seems timely and direct communication was the underlying problem. ***This Shandon Property Management Group is terrible. Beware. We have been renting from them for one year and have never been able to get a phone call, text or email answered or returned. You can not speak to a live person and they do not respond to messages left. I would not rent from a leasing agent ever that is unavailable and will not address or confirm the questions or issues they have been notified of.
