Had an amazing spa party at the Spa at the Palmer House for my birthday! The atmosphere was very relaxing and the staff were amazing! We all had a massage that we all enjoyed. The food was delicious! I will definitely be back!

My firm recently hosted an event with Spa & Social, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Anne and her team were incredibly easy to work with, maintaining excellent communication throughout the entire process. The event space was beautifully arranged, with a thoughtful selection of food and snacks provided. We received nothing but positive feedback from our guests, and the hosts were very pleased with how everything turned out. I’m already looking forward to returning as a guest myself!

I came to the Palmer House spa with a group of friends for a bachelorette party and we had the best time!! We had a fairly large group and we were all accommodated - sizing, allergies, pregnancies, and preferred service provider gender were all taken into account. It was a peaceful, lovely break from an otherwise busy weekend! I hope to stop again next time I’m in Chicago! ☺️

I love having the spa at Palmer House host my team events! The historical location takes you back in time as you find your way to the spa. What keeps me coming back is the amazing service - I have held events here for 4 consecutive years now and planning it has been seamless - the spa team personalizes our events with food, drinks, special gift bags, and this past year even had a special guest come to make our spa experience even more memorable. You leave here feeling refreshed and feeling like you are VIP….as you should! Thank you for always taking care of our group!
