I've been a member with Yuan Spa for several years and have generally been very satisfied with their service. The massage therapist I had today was good as well, and I appreciate her professionalism - this star is a credit to her. However, I had a very disappointing experience this time. I specifically asked for a massage using CBD oil, but halfway through, the therapist noticed that the scent didn't seem right -- it turned out that the bottles were mislabeled. The one labeled as "CBD oil" was actually fat burning elasticizing oil, so she unknowingly used the wrong product, which was not her fault. When I checked out, I discovered that I was double charged -- once for the CBD oil and once for the elasticizing oil -- even though it was their mistake. When I brought this up at the front desk, they insisted the charge was correct because both oils had been used on me. Though they agreed to refund the extra charge to me, I found their attitude dismissive and their handling of the situation unacceptable. As a long-time member, I'm very disappointed that they would charge a customer for a labeling mistake they made. I'm also fortunate that I haven't had any allergic reaction to the misused oil -- but what if another guest were allergic to it? That could have been serious. This experience really damaged my trust in their quality control and customer care.

I felt more grounded than I had anticipated after the wellness and Eastern holistic healing session. The method provided both bodily and emotional relaxation and was very centering and soothing. It didn't feel like just another treatment; rather, it was a genuine experience.

I had a wonderful experience at Yuan Spa! I got the Calming Zen Facial and my specialist, Lada, was fantastic. She made the entire treatment peaceful and relaxing, going above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, even adjusting the steam when it got too heavy. Lada was incredibly knowledgeable and provided me with recommendations on what products to use for my skin type. Her attentiveness and expertise made the experience better than I could have imagined. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
