I worked with a counselor who canceled our sessions day-of, 5 times in 4 months. Two of which were consecutive and just a few hours before my session was to begin. I was easily dismissed when I wasn’t able to work around my therapist’s schedule. Their attendance policy states 2 cancellations within 60 days will result in termination of services, but it seems this only applies to the clients and not the therapists. The scheduling is not reliable and it is deeply hurtful and nearly impossible to do the work when you cannot even go.

I had a consultation back on July 24th and still have not heard back, attempted to call and get follow up and nothing. I do not recommend.
