I am updating my review to reflect a common issue, not just with Dragonfly, but with any and pretty much every delivery driver in Saskatoon. First, let me reiterate what I said in my first review... I like that delivery is seven days a week, and delivery is usually met with a smile. I have only once had an issue with a $3,500 parcel being delivered to the wrong suite, and was fortunate enough to catch the driver before he left. Had the person he tried delivering to accepted my parcel, I would have had a difficult time proving I didn't receive it. Other than that one big mistake, all other deliveries were smooth. And now for the update. Drivers of all companies, Dragonfly included, are notorious for parking in my spot when Im not home or blocking me in. Today, the Dragonfly driver blocked both my spot AND the handicapped spot. Dragonfly, please consider training drivers to avoid this practice in the future. It's unkind and not courteous at all, especially to people who need to get into or out of their spot. This driver was parked like this for over fifteen minutes. Had there been an emergency, the driver might have been held responsible. I understand that parking is not easy in an apartment complex, but this is unacceptable. Retrain drivers to do better.

Excellent service today! The order was on time. I was notified of time of the delivery and kept updated. The driver phoned me as there was construction on my street. He verified my name and address. He was very polite. Excellent service! Highly recommend Dragonfly!

Best delivery service out there! They take the time to ensure your packages are safe and not just left at the front door insight for everyone to see. I also love the email we get prior so if I have last minute delivery instructions I just add it and they follow those instructions. So awesome! Wish all companies did those.
