I just had a pedicure with Luda and I’m absolutely thrilled! She was incredibly professional, gentle, and detail-oriented. I felt so relaxed and well taken care of throughout the whole experience. You can really tell she cares about her work and her clients. I’m so excited and happy with the result — my feet have never looked better! I highly recommend both the salon and Luda herself. I booked six underarm laser sessions at Total Rapture and also went for six continuous touch-up sessions. Unfortunately, even after all of these treatments, I still haven’t seen meaningful results, there is ongoing regrowth, and the hair remains black and thick. I feel the treatment approach may not have been suitable for my skin type. I got pigmentation in the treated area. Customer service was good, sadly the treatment dint work for me.
