Dr. William Fan is the kindest doctor I’ve ever met. He is very patient and takes the time to truly understand his patients’ concerns. He gave me a lot of helpful advice and support, which really eased my anxiety about my health issues. He builds a strong and trusting relationship with his patients. I feel very lucky and grateful to have found such a caring family doctor. Thank you also to the clinic staff for their professionalism and kindness.

I'm so glad I changed my GP to Dr. Fang and this clinic. They're efficient, get things done on time, no excessive waiting to see the Doctor (in person or on the phone) or any of their locums. Dr Fang really listens to you and your concerns, instead of rushing you as other GP's might or have done in the past. Staff is efficient, super friendly and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone if you're looking for a GP!

Dr. Fang is excellent! Provides compassionate care - listens to concerns and is not dismissive. Looks into all options and offers reasonable options. When results are in, I am called immediately. If specialists are needed he has no issues referring. Carling, the office manager, and all admin staff are always very friendly. Ava connect their online portal is very easy to use and updates/messages are communicated promptly.
