To start things off, the ac in the lobby must have been broken because the first thing I remember is damp dingy air, greasy windows and doors, unclean and unkempt to the max. Most disgusting hotel I have ever been to. The floors couldn’t have been mopped since opening the place on its first day. I did not want to touch anything. The sink in the bathroom was stopped up with a mystery bag. The water was not as hot as it should have been and my shower curtain had mold on it and the floors and tub had rust on them. one of the lamps didn’t have a lightbulb. Housekeeping must have quit or needs new leadership because the room was absolutely disgusting. Smelled like roach spray and sadness. The grounds were neatly groomed and there was no trash anywhere except for in the proper receptacles. I even saw the little maintenance guy sweeping the parking lot. I never once saw housekeeping. This place makes my skin crawl.
First off, pictures are deceiving! The rooms look nothing like it whatsoever. The first room they checked us into was full of flies and we quickly learned why… there was feces still in the toilet and around it. Tub looked like it’s never been scrubbed. There was trash, empty wine bottles and shoes under the bed. The lights hardly worked so the room was very dim. We requested another room due to its filth. Second room was clean (in exception of the tub, hence we didn’t shower). For a two beds bedroom, you get one towel. The main lights did not work so we had to use our phones for light. Bathroom lights worked. TV did not work. Electrical outlets were fried and cords were sticking out of the wall… that’s a major fire hazard! To top that off, there was no fire alarm in the room! Pictures are of the second room. I didn’t think to take pics of the first room because we quickly walked back out. On a positive note, bed was comfortable and thank goodness the AC worked! This a fire hazard disaster hotel!
It was horrible. When we entered our room. It reeked of cigarette smoke like very strong. The sheets had cigarette burns on them. The table was broken and of the 2 locks on the door one was broken. The lamp looked like it had a short. Only 1 pillow per person. Needless to say after having a hard time sleeping we got up at 4 am and left The 2 queen sized bed we ordered look more like full size. The Smoke Detector was missing which I beleive is not only illegal but against the fire code. No porch light. We do not feel safe in our room.
