I went to the urgent care on 10/8/25 at 7pm and I was seen right away. The secretary, the x-ray technician, the medical assistant,and and both of the doctors were professional, friendly, and helpful. I'm 59 years old and this is one of the best medical atmosphere I have experienced. Make sure you call before going so you won't be surprised of an urgent care rush hour. Sometimes they are extremely busy and they cannot assist people with waiting time. LG! At THUC N Muskegon

The woman at the urgent care front desk that helped us was very beautiful and kind. We were called back very quickly, when we were in back, they we're very helpful. Everybody was smiling. If you're looking for a sports physical for your child, they did very great. We were in and out within half hour. I do not feel it was too fast and it definitely was not too slow.

No wait, great people, excellent care and quick out. My son ended having strep throat, which we had results during our visit and prescriptions at our pharmacy waiting for us. The PA truly cared and treated my 16 yo son with empathy.
