todd did a full tear-off and new roof for my rental property. he said it would take 3 days but finished everything in just 2! the new roof looks great, and he handled my extra requests like adding special flashing and patching where the old swamp cooler was. instead of single roof vents, they installed a ridge vent system for better airflow, and put new vents on the garage roof too. all the flashing and pipes were painted to match the shingles, which looks really nice. they also worked on my gutters, changed the drain points, and even customized them the way i wanted. the price was lower than other companies i checked, and the quality was excellent. communication was clear and easy the whole time.
