We decided to do some pre-planning and checked out a few places. Angelina's has a terrific website and I reached out and spoke with Jacqueline Castillo who was kind, professional and knowledgeable. We set up an appointment today and bought the insurance as not to leave that burden for our children. Jacqueline was so nice and very knowledgeable. We prepaid our plan. Angeleno Mortuary has done a wonderful job with every part of this process. The attendants who came were deeply respectful. Paperwork and an explanation of the cremation process was handled by the very kind America Castillo. The Full Circle Aftercare service provided by Angeleno Mortuary connects you with a specialist. Our specialist was Lori Holt. She saved so many hours by notifying insurers, providing a link to the Social Security site for survivor benefits, setting us up with Fraud alert and contacting pension and financial institutions. This service is provided without cost and is part of the care offered by Angeleno Mortuary. Angeleno Mortuary offers a complete practice and outstanding service.
