Zera HillA week before the end of 2024 we found ourselves needing a refrigerator repair. My husband just wanted to go buy a new one. But I didn't want to spend another hefty amount of cash given we had just made it through the holidays. So I reached out to friends asking if they knew of any repairman to come check out what might be happening. Thankfully one of them gave us Michael/TX Elite as a referral. There's always a trust expectancie with us when we reach out to individuals we don't know. Michael arrived on 12/30/24 ready to jump right in to determine what was happening. His engaging personality immediately put us at ease. Within minutes he uncovered what was preventing our refrigerator from getting cold. He informed us that he would have to order a part. He had a source and felt that he would be back in 24 hours with the new part. Yep he was a man of his word. He replaced the worn part with the new one and had us back up and running. One final note, on 3/2/25 we thought we were experiencing another hiccup with the refrigerator. We called Michael informing him of the incident and he returned our call within one day. He came out today, 3/4/25, checked out the refrigerator and reassured us that we were good to go. His responsiveness is definitely a plus for us. We recommend you give him a call if you are having problems with your appliances. You will not be dissatisfied with the results.
