The woman I spoke with had thee most soothing voice and really calmed me down. She blocked the company that was trying to wipe my checking account clean right away and got me a new card within days! I was at work on a Saturday and had lost all hope anything could be done bc of the weekend. I seriously can't express how helpful and calming she was for me! So happy with her A+ customer service!

To Whom this may Concern, This fine morning I made a inquiry on how interest is applied to auto loans through the drive though and the interaction was the worst experience in the Years I have done business with the U of I Credit Union... Due to the inside being closed, I proceeded to go to the drive though window where you are allowed to see whomever you are speaking to through a TV screen and talk to, however, there's no button to initiate conversation, therefore, I send the pod up to garner a tellers attention.. mind you I AM THE ONLY PERSON THERE... Now, Upon my initial conversation with the 1st Teller, who seemed new, understandably referred to a 2nd Teller (older Caucasian lady) who was beyond rude.. Immediately after turning over the conversation, The teller (older Caucasian lady) explains how interest is applied as if I'm less than her... then proceeds to say "have a nice day" simultaneously shutting the screen off without allowing me to respond in any way... As you would imagine, leads to FRUSTRATION.. so I send the pod back up and explained to the same teller I understood the principle of how the interest was applied, however, I wasn't finished asking questions.. I would like a brochure or something that had said information (to justify my trip.) She (older Caucasian lady) disappeared off screen and the 3rd Teller, that happens to be be the manager (Younger Caucasian gentleman), interjected and begins to explain the same information, which I explained I understood, however, I didn't appreciate the fact she HUNG UP in my face (attitude aside.) -- Then.. I requested a brochure from the manger.. or something to explain information.. which he would not provide, just asked for my account info multiple times.. I just left... Final result.. 3 People, No Brochure and questioning if I'll do business with them ever again??? Plus, as a person in Sales for over a decade and does business with The U of I.. I SHOULD NOT leave talked to as if I'm less than said individual.. PS I'm a Clean person and have worked to get to where I am, if that older Caucasian lady is triggered, you should hire someone new... Stay Blessed
