They are wonderful to work with when organizing/arranging plans. Afterwards whole different story. I gave Jarett a chance to respond to my concerns and it's been crickets. I would not recommend the CPP add on service. The forms weren't filled out correctly and we were not given any instructions. My mom ended up just going to Service Canada and they helped her complete the forms properly and free. There was also alot of confusion as to where we could pick our loved ones remain up. This made things very hard on my already grieving mother.

Excellent service. I initiated my fathers cremation using the online arrangement tool. Jerrett and his team followed up immediately. Such a wonderful "personal" feel to the conversations. I was sent documentation for E-signing and the whole process was seamless. The final charges were exactly as stated on the website - zero surprises. 10/10 - Thank you to Jerrett and the team @ Go Cremation.

In February 2021, I purchased some keepsake urns for my self, my sister and my Stepdad. The order arrived, and I put the boxes aside. The following day, I received a call from Jarrett I am not sure of his title at go cremation, but it doesn't matter. He informed me that they has accidently shipped me someone else order along with my own. I hadn’t yet checked the contents of the boxes, but sure enough I was shipped another order the value of which was almost $700. I informed Jarrett that I did have the additional items and I went to the post office to have the items sent to the rightful owners. Not only was I shipped someone else’s order, I came to realize that the order I had made for 3 urns and 2 necklaces did not include any items to assist in placing the ashes into the urns. In the past when dealing with other companies these items have been included.( small funnel, small screwdriver, poking stick) I asked Jarette about these items, to which he responded that he was sorry, and that these items are normally included. He was not sure why I did not get them, but that I could use a spoon to aide in placing the ashes in the urns, and necklaces. I chalked this experience up to a one time error, and in early July 2021, I placed a second order for an additional Angel Keepsake, to match the ones previously ordered. We were planning my mothers celebration of life, and my uncle ( who was traveling from another province )had indicated that he would like an Angel as well. After placing my order on July 10th, I had heard nothing about the shipment a week later. I reached out to the company to inquire about my order status. I was assured that my order would arrive on time for the celebration of life. I received a package on July 22 and was excited that I would have the angel in time for the celebration of life. That is until I opened the package, and found that they had shipped me a much smaller angel than the one I had ordered. Not only did they ship me an item that was different than what I ordered, the item they shipped me, did not have a cap and was broken and unusable. I was extremely disappointed to say the least. I reached out to Jarrett to inform him of the error, and requested that he send me the correct item asap, as my uncle was leaving in a weeks time. A few days later - Wednesday of the following week, I had heard nothing back. I texted Jarrett again to follow up. He responded with “Hi Angela, so I just got off a call with our supplier and they can no longer get that item in the size you have ordered. What would you like to do?” I am absolutely disgusted with this company I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first error they made, but after the second inexcusable error on their part, I have to warn others. You are going through enough right now, dealing with the loss of your loved one. I would recommend that you stay far away from this company. In my experience they are unorganized, and do not treat your order with the care and attention it deserves. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment, and order from another company.
