The attendant at check in was very thorough and helpful. When I brought the trailer back for drop off, the female employee behind the counter was not at all, not even intellectually or even tried to find my info as if a helpful thought would have chipped a fingernail extension. Over all it is a great location.

Absolutely terrible experience. From the pot smoking family with toddlers in the parking lot, to the ridiculously long line inside, awful. I rented a trailer so I had a hitch and ball ready. When it was attached to my truck it was entangled by other trailers because they were just piled to the side. The employee had to come back and move 3 or 4 trailers from around and off of mine for us to be able to leave. This experience took 45+ minutes. Never use this company.
