This was my sixth hospitalization in the past year, so obviously my health is bad and I'm becoming experienced with being in hospitals. I was treated very well here by doctors and nurses and techs. Being admitted and discharged was probably the smoothest experiences I've had. And they didn't make my wife mad, that goes a long ways 😂

worst hospital. the staff were extremely rude. I’ve been battling some illness for almost two weeks now & the medicines they prescribed were ibuprofen & tylenol. I have a bad cough, inflamed throat, & swollen lymph nodes, etc. I’m still in excruciating pain writing this. this was the only hospital I was able to go to because i’m a UK student with no transportation. there was even blood going into my IV & when I pressed the call light they told me someone was on the way. I waited for about 20 minutes & then pressed the call light again. I asked the nurse if this was something i should be worried about & she said no then proceeded to hang up in my face. The security officer at the door was nicer than the nurses & doctors here.

I live in northern ky, UK is my transplant hospital. Ive been hospitalized many times in the past 3 years. From the ER to inpatient this place is the best. It may look outdated and doesn't have the bells and whistles of Chandler but they all treat you with kindness and respect. They actually CARE. My pain is always managed as well as my other symptoms. The food in the cafeteria is amazing and they always make sure my caregiver is comfortable.
