My wife and I hired the Universal team to handle the plumbing for a secondary suite in our basement. They completed all the rough-ins and took care of various fixes along the way. The quality of their work was excellent. Adam Sutton, the owner, is a highly knowledgeable master plumber, and Matt Poupore was fast, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. Anna and Ben in the office were always helpful and easy to reach. Overall, great people and outstanding work—highly recommended.

Adam at Universal Plumbing was amazing! Our master sump pump was making a horrible noise over a long weekend, and they were super busy. He asked for a video of what was going on, and diagnosed it immediately. Told us what to do and the noise stopped right away ... he was concerned that the motor might burn out if it was left until he could get here. We'll have him here to do maintenance but at least we aren't dealing with horrible noise all weekend and having to replace the motor, saving us a ton of money!! Thank you, Adam!! You're a God!! You have a lifetime customer!!
