I went to the ED on 9/20/25 for acute cellulitis & an upper respiratory infection. I was promptly registered & brought back into a room. Dr Herald & Kevin F, RN treated me with respect & compassion. Labs, xray, & CT were done quickly & staff was great. I was admitted for several days, pending results of blood cultures. The hospitalists, Dr Edgerton & Dr Patel, were very hands-on & communicated well with me. The nursing staff was great. Good food from the dietary department. I felt like a VIP, as everyone always asked me if there was anything else they could do for me! Thank you, Sparrow Cinton.

My mom had gut pain, and even though it doesn't seem like as big of a deal as other ER issues, the staff here was SO nice. Way nicer and more considerate than McLaren.

It is ridiculous that a hospital requires people to make an appointment to have lab work done. As a busy clinician, I typically work during hours when most labs are open, so if I get an opening in my schedule, it would be very convenient to go and get labs done. I can't always schedule a break between patients.

If it weren't for the parts of this hospital that AREN'T the ER department, I would definitely give this place a much lower rating. The DRs in ER are absolute smart-alecs who expect to be able to be not only rude but absolutely INSTIGATING at times and if you show the SLIGHTEST INTOLERANCE OF THEIR ARROGANT ATTITUDES, THEY WILL CALL THE POLICE. The rest of the hospital departments are very nice and professionally operated and staffed by very friendly and helpful people, but your ER department needs the daylights investigated out of it. Until I was treated but this hopsital's ER team I never had a ruptured vein/artery in either of my arms. Not only that but it happened TWICE in the SAME ARM. NOT ONLY THAT BUT BOTH INCIDENTS HAPPENED ON THE SAME DAY. MY ARM HAS FELT SLIGHTLY NUMB SINCE THEN. I WILL BE GETTING THAT AREA TESTED FOR NERVE DAMAGE. IF MY RIGHT ARM HAS NERVE DAMAGE BECAUSE OF THE ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE AND RUDENESS OF THIS HOPSITAL, THEN I'M SURE I CAN FIND AN NEGLIGENCE INJURY TYPE OF LAWER AND RETURN THE "RESPECT" THAT THIS HOPSITAL'S ER DEPARTMENT.
