Maryanne LyonsEddie and Hector did a great job in replacing the switch on the internal water dispenser in my refrigerator -- and at no cost they figured out why my freezer door was so hard to close and fixed it as well in a couple of minutes! They both did a great job and were very professional. I have used Uptown Appliance Repair a few times in the past, and they have never disappointed.
Aaron ConteHector repaired the dryer. He was quick and responsive. He performed the job efficiently and cleanly and left everything in great shape. Happy to have Hector work on appliances again. On a separate occasion - new issue- Hector came back out and helped me adjust my dryer unit and reinstall a part that had dislodged. He was outstanding, quick, professional. I will continue using these guys - and Hector - when I have problems.

The problem was a stuck water filter that was leaking. Carlos quickly analyzed the problem and corrected the issue in about 10 minutes. Absolutely fantastic service!! Didn’t charge me since it was such a simple repair. Wow!! They have a customer for life!! Great Job Carlos and the Uptown Appliance team!
