I have now had the opportunity to work with USA real estate for every type of service they offer and this raving review is long overdue. I got to know them over 10 years ago when I was new to the area and needing to find a place to rent. They found me the perfect property and made the whole process go from scary and overwhelming to exciting and stress free. I have gotten to know Frances, Donna, Trina and Melissa well over the years and since my first renting experience they have helped me on the property management side as well as the purchase of my new home where I have started my family and plan to have as my forever home. Donna is the most responsive, personable, and hard working agent I have ever worked with. It truly felt like she cared about us and went above and beyond to get us exactly what we were looking for. She cares about her clients and is on your team willing to go to bat for you and negotiate things that are in your best interest to make the process enjoyable and streamlined. She was very forthcoming, trustworthy, honest, and embodies integrity which is rare to find in this industry. Trina is amazing and every time I went into the office she greeted me with the biggest smile, updated me on my properties and was so knowledgeable and prompt to answer all of my questions. She even gifted me a money tree when I bought my first house because she knew how much I loved plants. So thoughtful and caring. Frances is the BOSS who gives it to you straight and makes sure that all the moving parts when it comes to property management are in sync. Most importantly makes sure my tenants were treating the property well and repairs are addressed before they become large problems. She has been in the industry for 30+ years I've never worked with someone with more knowledge about real estate and specifically the Las Vegas area than her. I have been using USA Property management for 5 years now and could not be happier with them and the experience I've had. I bought my first two investment properties during COVID so going into it I was nervous about the process with lockdowns and dealing with people. The USA team made the whole ordeal a breeze and really helped me navigate the process from start to finish. I just recently added another property and they handled it perfectly once again. The way they have dealt with my tenants, maintenance issues, and other things has always been amazing. all of my tenants have mentioned having good experiences with USA Property Management and all tenant issues and questions get resolved quickly.
