I wanted to brag on Dale at Usher Electric and his crew for the installation of our new home generator. Because of where we live with the unlevel terrain, we had issues initially of where everything could go. Dale and his crew worked tirelessly to make sure our propane tank and generator placement was just what we wanted. They went above and beyond to get our generator installed and now we can rest easy knowing the next storm will not leave us without power. Their customer service is A+ and I appreciate that so much. Thank you!!!!!

The salesman, Chris Watkins, was early to our appointment. He gave me a price that was very reasonable and he was very knowledgeable about the product. He gave me a price quote. Three days later I decided I wanted a bigger generator. He refigured the estimate for the new generator on his own personal time and got me a price quote that was very affordable for my budget. I give Mr Watkins 5 stars for his service and dedication to his potential customers. He sold me and I would recommend him to anyone of my family or friends. Kudos to Usher Electric for having such wonderful staff!

I have had my Generac generator since 2006 and contracted with another company to service it. It got to where is wasn’t working in automated mode and then eventually quit working all together. I called the company that had been servicing it and they looked at it twice. Told me the main electrical board was bad and would look for a replacement. They left the cover off and never returned or called. I called them and they told me I needed a new unit for like 6k. I called usher out and they fixed it with a 30 dollar part for like $200 total. It works like it’s brand new now. These guys are honest and do great work.

Met with Chris Watkins at my property and discussed options on a whole home generator. Chris took the needed time to review all our electric demand, answer all my questions and determine the proper size generator to fit our needs. I was very impressed with Chris, his knowledge of the equipment and his kindness. My wife and I made the decision to purchase the generator and I spoke with Dale to get us in the schedule for the install. Dale was also very kind pleasant to work with through this process. One of the things that caught my eye was the bible verse displayed on the side of Usher's truck. This impressed me tremendously in that they are not ashamed to stand for Christ no matter the cost. This is rare in today's world. My wife and I are excited and can't wait for our new generator to be installed. They have a backlog of installs and are running about 12 weeks out, but I believe it is worth the wait to know I am dealing with a company with integrity and one that I can trust.
