SCAM! Not honest representation! FLAT OUT LIES! I gave the agent Kathy 2 specification for my insurance. One my Dr. Was covered and two my diabetic medication was covered. Initially my plan was said to have had both. With No prescription deductible. NOV, DEC AND JAN seemed as tho medication was fine. I hadn't seen the Dr. As of yet. February hits and without any notice from regence blue cross blue shield all of a sudden mind you No notice I have a 8500. Prescription deductible so my medication is not covered until 8500. Deductible has been fulfilled for the year. I then see my Dr. In Feb and come March I recieve a bill for $374. After review with the insurance they now tell me my Dr is out of network. And they aren't paying for that either. I paid extra each month for insurance. $453. Per month to have those 2 specifics covered and 3 months later, WITHOUT NOTICE FROM THE INSURANCE OR THE AGENT I HAVE NOTHING COVERED. AND NO REFUND FOR FALSE INFORMATION FROM THE AGENT OR REGENCE BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIED. DON'T TRUST THIS AGENCY. THEY ARE HAPPY TO STEAL YOUR MONEY BUT NOT HAPPY TO STAND UP FOR WHAT THEY PROMISED. HORRIBLE SERVICE WITH PROMISED LIES!
