I was looking through my policy, because I needed to file a claim for a rock chip (ugh), and noticed we didn't update my maiden name to my married name from almost a year ago. I found online our local email and knew procedure was likely to provide the marriage certificate and my new driver's licence with the name change, and sent the email asking to update our policies. I blinked, went to a quick meeting. When I came back, Helen had already changed my name, sent over the new documents, and said to look for our new cards in the mail within 30 days. I am HUGE on customer service, and this was SO SPEEDY. I highly recomend them - 5 stars!! Thanks Helen!
