I called the sport loft from the lodge in horrible foot pain after only one run. They were able to get me in that weekend and fit me, mold boots and orthotics, and adjust my bindings all in the same appointment so that I could be back out on the mountain the next day. Everyone at the shop was kind and professional and they were transparent about the fitting process and pricing. I felt especially lucky to have my fitting with the founder, Earl, who was back in the shop for the holiday rush! I went from needing constant breaks to feeling comfortable in ski boots for the first time, and have been able to ski without any pain this season.

Incredibly professional approach to ski boot fitting. My left and right feet are slightly different in width and foot height which has always caused difficulty with footwear selection - Jeremy immediately picked up on all of my fitting concerns without me saying a word and proceeded to do a fantastic job on modifying the boot liners. Have skied several days after the boot fit and all my pain points have gone away. I would highly recommend the Sport Loft and plan to order an orthopedic liner from them in the future.

Christian and Jeremy saved my skiing. I had been having terrible pain in my feet and ankles, calf cramping, and just a generally terrible time on skis. I’d gone to another boot fitter, even got new liners, but it wasn’t until I got boots and had them fit at the sports loft that I felt joy and comfort on skis again. They were incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Christian explained to me why my current boots were causing pain and helped me find a new pair that would accommodate for my feet and confirmation. I’ve been skiing for over two decades and I have never had a better customer service experience anywhere else. If you are having trouble with your boots, this is the only place to go.
