We are so happy we chose Carling Animal Hospital as our vet for our 10 week old GSD. They have been exemplary with service and care. After a little scare they even followed up the next day to make sure our boy was doing well. All staff is extremely friendly and caring. Highly recommend!

I brought my cat there because our original vet was fully booked, they treated her with care and compassion but couldn't give us any answers as to why she was lethargic, she got every test done except an ultrasound (cost almost 2000$) but "nothing was wrong" they sent us off with medication and wanted to see her again in 10 days after the meds cycle. When we brought her back for a checkup at her scheduled appointment, we checked in with the receptionist but she failed to tell the vet we were there for 40 minutes.. During the appointment the vet touched my cat for about 10 seconds total and listened with a stethoscope for even less time while she was talking through it the entire time. Explained options on how to proceed and that was it. I left and then got a call back saying i owed them just over 200$ for that "check up appointment" I was a little irritated because i thought "what am i even paying for" considering the initial appointment was 2k and they were dismissive in the check up appointment. Her regular vet did not charge me for the check up when i brought her there previously nor did they charge me for her second round of meds because they weren't sure if they were going to work since the first round didn't. Not the worst experience at carling but will not be bringing her back because i feel they care about getting paid more than getting to the bottom of the issues with your animal

First time at Carling VeterinaryHospital.. The Dr. Guest was affectionate, gentle, gave me instructions I needed and estimates. My dogs were calm and happy the entire visit. You can tell it is a great place to work because the staff work so well together. Always smiling and very quickly had all my paperwork prepared.

I felt a lump on Bubby’s jaw and thought he might have a tooth issue which could be very serious for rabbits. I left a message for Carling Animal Hospital late at night. They called me back the next morning and booked Bubby in right away! The nurse and Doctor were both extremely thorough. They were so calm, patient and Bubby was unbelievably relaxed. The lump was just Bubby’s jaw bone. I over reacted. The Doctor was so great about it and let me know that I was right to bring him in just in case. I felt a lot better. The professionalism and caring from every member of the staff at Carling Animal Hospital is bar none. I would recommend Carling Animal Hospital to any pet owner.
