I had such a great experience at Parkwood when I took my dog, Zoe, in for a visit. The receptionist was incredibly kind and welcoming. When I asked for a cup to give Zoe some water, she went the extra mile and brought a bowl of water straight to our room. Dr. Cameron was amazing—so kind and took the time to explain everything clearly. All of the staff at the vet clinic were super friendly and made us feel really comfortable. Highly recommend!

Ottawa's best kept secret for Vet care! I could not get our dog Shasta in to our regular Vet and he needed to be seen sooner rather than later, as he had a scary looking sore develop on his elbow. Our Vet recommended Parkwood Animal Hospital Urgent Care. I cannot begin to tell you how pleased we were. They were able to take Shasta in the same day and Dr Cameron provided excellent care. She took her time with him, and being a Husky he appreciated that so much. The natural connection and love she has for animals shines through and the animals can sense it as well. Shasta left happier than a clam and our minds were at ease with his sore. Shasta received top notch care. The front Staff were so very kind and welcoming. The Clinic is so clean, spacious, with ample parking. The prices are very reasonable. I hope I do not need their urgent services anytime soon, but definitely will go there in the future. Thank you. for the excellent care
