Cannot recommend Lansdowne enough! We have been with them for 5 years with our almost 11 year old viszla/lab mix. They have been nothing but supportive and kind through it all (minor and major surgeries, complex diagnostics, chronic pain, and cancer care). Some quick examples - our dog is very anxious at the vet without us, the Lansdowne team always goes out of their way to make her feel comfortable, does treatments/vaccines etc with us in the room, when sedation is necessary they have allowed us to be there for recovery to make it the least stressful experience for our girl. Over the years they have always made time for emergency appointments, clearly explained diagnostic processes without being pushy. All vets have been wonderful - Dr. Iraei, Dr. Cady, Dr. Khalil, and Dr. McDonald, going beyond to deliver results off hours, fit in consults between patients and overall doing everything they can for our girl. The rest of the team are the same, ensuring we are comfortable with each step, and offering wonderful care. Special shout out to Gaby, Sana and Julie - always going above and beyond to make sure concerns are shared with the vets, meds are organized, emails are answered, records are shared with care teams and insurance claims are sorted. Also wonderful techs - special thanks to Gamze and Sajad who are always giving our girl the best care, cuddles and treats, and carrying all 60 pounds of her up and down the stairs for treatment! We feel very lucky to be supported by such a thoughtful and caring team, they are an integral part of having kept our girl happy and healthy over the years, so she could take part in all the adventures!

I recently got a kitten and did my research on vet clinics around Ottawa. I personally like this vet clinic so much. Before coming in, I have called them a few times to make n inquiry and the first person from the staff I've had the pleasure to speak with is "Gabriella". I had so much questions over the phone but not once did Gabriella sounded annoyed and answered my questions with so much patience, respect, and effort. It was so comforting to talk to Gabriella and she was so sweet over the phone. I also find her very knowledgeable about everything. I truly appreciate Gaby's efforts on everything. She truly went above and beyond Then on email I was taken care of by Gabriella once again and another staff member named Sam. They were so lovely! I finally chose Lansdowne Animal Hospital and came in with my kitten for an appointment. We were treated well and they showed my kitten so much love! My kitten didn't show any fear being there and seems to love it there! I also notice how clean, organized, and lively this vet clinic is. Everyone who are coming in with their pets was also so lovely and seems to happy walking out of the vet clinic. overall just love the ambiance this place holds. Overall, it was a great experience for us and our kitten. We are so happy to find a vet clinic that truly cares.
