We live in Roseburg and choose to make the drive to Eugene to have our Springer Spaniel cared for at Pawsitive. From Wendy who answers the phones in such a caring, yet professional manner, and makes everything at the front counter flow smoothly, to Taylor assisting the veterinarians, to the doctors themselves, this place is first class. The staff listens intently, and works with us to establish a plan for the care of our dog. I appreciate the open and thoughtful dialogue that is always on display. I also like the thoughtful layout of the waiting room. Critters are quickly and efficiently roomed, so potential chaos is minimized. We have had nothing but excellent experiences with the kind, compassionate team at Pawsative Wellness for the last four years. Our senior dogs received the best care. As an owner, the staff were very sensitive and open to listening to us humans as well. When the time came to put our pets down, each experience was calm, and respectful. The team thought of everything from the dog getting to eat as many treats as they wanted and a warm chocolate chip cookie as well, all while soft and comforting music was playing in the room. Dr. Hewitt stands out as a shining star to me here, simply because she was supportive of some hard decisions we had to make at the end of each of our senior dogs life, but every team member is kind and compassionate. This office runs a tight ship. We never had issues with them being late or rescheduling. Ample parking, easy to get to. Electronic communication. Impeccably clean, and also a nice coffee machine to boot. Thank you to everyone at Pawsative Wellness Vet for all of your care over the years. You have really made a great impression, and I think what you are doing is outstanding work for the pet community!!

I cannot say enough good things about Pawsitive Wellness Veterinary Care. From the amazingly compassionate staff and vet team to the outstanding medical care, Pawsitive Wellness is the best in Eugene. Anytime I have had to bring in one of my three dogs, they have always listened to my concerns and were very caring for my pups. Dr. Hewitt and Dr. Davies are two of the best vets I have had the pleasure of knowing, and truly care about their work. The same can be said for the vet techs and the front office staff. They all know me and each of my dogs names by heart. They are all warm, compassionate people, and I will not take my dogs anywhere else. A big thank you to everyone at Pawsitive Wellness for the kindness, attention and support you have given me and my dogs throughout the years. You are simply the best!
