Working with Josh and Kelsey through physio/massage therapy has been an exceptionally positive experience. They have professionally and intelligently guided me through several exercises, primarily around powerlifting, with exceptional input regarding form and physical health/injury prevention and recovery. I must also mention the absolutely fabulous staff that work the desk - each person always has a truly bright demeanor, every interaction is always a positive experience (which can be difficult to maintain in customer related work). I feel listened to and welcome, coming to and interacting with THIM (Trent Health In Motion) is always a pleasure.

The staff were excellent and Dr Hewitt was excellent. It is so awesome to have a physician listen and tailor treatment. A great team that I highly recommend.
