Jeremy at MO Therapy is definitely at the top of my "go to list"! A few weeks ago, my muscles were feeling tight, a bit sore and I was stressed. I booked a massage with Jeremy. He was very thorough with his exam to zone in on what really needed the deep tissue work. He adjusted his pressure and technique as needed to really maximum the benefit. His massage worked out all the knots, improved my mobility, and I felt so light and relaxed. I've been back several times and will continue. The clinic is very clean, relaxing, and all staff friendly. I highly recommend Jeremy, RMT. Overall amazing clinic!

After a hectic few weeks of travel, carrying heavy bags, and skipping workouts, my body was aching for some care. Shruthi was amazing!! She genuinely listened, understood where I was hurting, and focused exactly where I needed it. Those 90 minutes felt like a full reset. I walked out feeling lighter, refreshed, and ready to get back on track. I’m going back to her soon! I also visit Leo for my first physio appointment and I had no idea my childhood shoulder pain could’ve gotten worse if left untreated. Leo explained everything clearly. I’ve started the exercises and already feel healing.

MO Therapy really sets the bar. As soon as you enter, they have a super friendly and great receptionist - shoutout to Jordan. In regards to treatment, I have been seeing Jeremy regularly for deep tissue sports massages and he does a fantastic job every time. If you are looking for a therapist who is very skilled and has a high degree of understanding for the body, Jeremy would be an excellent choice. His ability to work with tissue, manage trigger points, and help address the root cause of your concern all while creating a relaxing and clean environment makes him an outstanding therapist. Overall amazing clinic - would highly recommend!

Front Desk service was awesome, your check-ins, to payment and to insurance info pull ups are seamless. Special Thanks to the Massage Therapist Jeremy. He is who he say he is.
