I just left the store where a young cashier gave me worse attitude. I purchased an item yesterday,she never said its exchange only. She did circle something. Today at the store I found nothing I liked and 1 item I wanted was not in my size. She started being rude, When I said I wasn't told and I cant check back everyday to see if you have new things, I might as well donate my item, she responded - "whatever". I turned back & asked her if it was sarcasm. She said - have you seen how you are giving attitude. I reminded her that I was frustrated and was not making it personal. She rolled her eyes and said watch your attitude. Things they sell are really outdated and with no size choices I am never ever coming back here!

My sister went here to get her dress changed. She did not like anything, so she thought she can get store credit. My sister went to the counter and they said that she cannot get store credit. My sister found another dress, then the girl on the counter Amy said that there is foundation on the dress. My sister just checked her size as there is no try room in the store. Next day she is coming to return it and they said they cannot do anything, pls come on weekend as there is no manager. I cannot believe that such a big store does not have a manager on rushy weekend. There was no in charge on duty. Beware! They bother you when it comes to o exchange. Also, there is no return policy here.

I had been going to suzy for many years and I love the work wear in this store. This branch is huge and always has many clearance items. But I don't like the attitude of the reps in this store. They would never greet you, if ask for help they are least bothered and cold, when go to the checkout counter they won't even look at you ( this is becoming a norm these days, good customer service is rare). I don't like going to the store anymore. I just order online.

Prices are very deceiving, I purchased two items. Both racks had a sign that said 50% off when I got to the register the cashier told me it was selected items, but it did not say that on the sign and they would not honor it.
