The front desk receptionists are always friendly and the online appointment booking system works very well. Dr. Morovati is pleasant and efficient. I wish there was more time to talk with him. I do miss the rapport I had with my previous family doctor and under the new rules of engagement in the medical offices, there is no time allowed for that. I think that it is necessary for more detailed dialogue as the doctor might be able to discern from such information. “One issue at a time” does not allow this.

This clinic is by far the most caring place professionally. You actually feel cared and helped. Doctors are so knowledgeable and understanding. The girls at the front are great. They make you smile when you’re not feeling well. They are great with kids who make them feel comfortable before they see the doctor. Very uplifting and always smiling. Will definitely be coming here again when needed for myself and family!

Dr Morovati is an excellent Dr our entire family comes to see him. He's kind caring and always listens to our concerns. Highly recommend. The pharmacy next to clinic is great and they explain everything well!

Today I visited Sullivan Medical Clinic for the first time. Dr. Kaur is my GP and I have had many phone appointments with her over the last 2 years and today was my first time meeting her in person. The clinic is nice, clean and conveniently located. All the staff and Dr. Kaur are very friendly and welcoming, greeting patients with smiles. I am really happy with Dr. Kaur this far as I recently signed up as a new patient after my GP for over 30 years retired a couple of years ago. I thought it would be hard to get used to a new doctor and staff, but it wasn't at all. This clinic made the transition quite smooth and I feel extremely comfortable with my decision to choose this practice going forward. Thank you all for a great first time visit!!
