I am so greatful for this clinic it has given me hope. my is Dr. Hart even though I have only met him a few times as I just started going here. I suffer with alot of pain and had a different dr. Located in Abotsford he barley listens to me or my issues it was a 2 min conversation on the phone and I never felt herd by him I felt as though I was just a number and that I was a pain in the ass to him. I wasn't getting any relief from my Suboxone and I was paying out of pocket way to much 2 times a month I was ready to give up and then a wonderful woman talked to me and she listend to me and acknowledged the pain I was struggling with she brought me to better health clinic and the receptionist is one of the kindest people I have ever met . I felt herd and cared about and I hadn't even seen the doctor yet. To my surprise he looked at me when I spoke and when it was his turn to speak he spoke kindly and while I was crying he assured me that I was in a good place and his kind words and the knolage he shared with me, gave me hope I didn't think I would ever feel cared for but I did. Dr. Hart is compasionet he didn't make me feel worthless and a burden like I had felt for the past 8 years with the other Dr....that didn't really have the time of day for me. I struggle with my mental health and before I met the woman that brought me to the clinic and the caring receptionist I was going to give up completely I am so thankful for the love I was shown. had Dr.Hart not been so kind I wouldn't be here. So if your struggling with addiction, pain management and or feeling unheard I say give yourself a chance to be taken care of kindly .

Receptionist kayla is super awesome she goes over and beyond for us clients. And My dr who is Dr Hart best doctor I've ever dealt with he's assertive and actually pays attention to what we talk about, he always asks his patients how their doing, How their doing with the amount of dose their on and how does it make them feel and wether WE WANT TO LOWER OR RAISE OUR MEDICINE . He's always interested in how our living situation is. All in All Dr Hart is a very caring Dr .. My only complaint is that they need to stay open longer and Dr Hart REALLY NEEDS TO WORK LONGER HOURS AND MORE DAYS ... BUT OTHER THAN THAT KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GUYS !!! SINCERELY DANIKA DUPUIS

I work in outreach and the doctors are great however the "owner" Kim is the most horrible person I have ever encountered in my life she is so rude and cold towards clients. These clinics are supposed to be here to help people help get them on a better track and she belittles and makes clients who pay her bills feel so unimportant. It actually made me sick to my stomach watching her. Please find a better clinic to go to

I've known the girls in here for years and they have treated me fantastic! They will not put up with childish behavior .That tends to be more prevelant among they're clients due to the field they work in. The doctors are fair and honest and treat you like a person. Thanks Better Health!
