Very welcoming clinic. The staff are always so kind and helpful. Doctors here truly listen to your concerns. I never feel rushed. I feel looked after every time I visit. Keep it up!!!

I had a very frustrating experience at this medical office. After a phone appointment with the doctor, I was told to come in for a swab. I arrived at 3 PM and after hour and 15mins was put in an exam room, but ended up waiting until 4:45 PM to actually be seen. The front desk staff were unhelpful and lacked communication. They were talking and giggling amongst themselves. Despite being in the room for over 40 minutes, no one informed the doctor that I was waiting. I could even hear the doctor continuing to take phone appointments during that time. Eventually, I went back out to the front and complained—only then did they finally notify the doctor I was in the room. When I finally saw the doctor, I asked what the hold-up was. She acknowledged it was a communication issue and said she would speak to the staff about it. While I appreciated her honesty, it doesn't change the fact that I lost nearly two hours of my time due to their disorganization. This kind of disorganization and poor communication is unacceptable, especially in a medical setting. Definitely not a positive experience.

This clinic’s environment is so clean and welcoming! It really sets a positive tone for my visit even if I am distressed from different conditions that I am having.The receptionists were so busy when I arrived but they assisted me promptly with a comforting smile. They answered to all my queries in a very patient manner. Dr. Mtambo is so attentive, professional and takes time to listen and explains things in a way I can understand. Never feel rushed.
