Do not book with Dr Bhatt! They will cancel your appointment to prioritize other patients because they feel like it. I've had an appointment booked for over a week and have just been told it's cancelled because they want to see someone else. Highly unprofessional!

This place is no longer a walk in clinic. To any staff members who may be reading this please do whatever it is that needs to be done to update yourselfs on online searches so you no longer are offered as an option when “walk in clinic” is used as the search criteria. I know it may not seem like a big deal but the be if it’s to you and the public would be that you could stop wasting the time of the people working at the front, who are probably swamped with other duties, and the time of the public who call in and then are out on hold only to be told you are no longer walk in. At the least get your staff to please have alternative options available for those calling in instead of basically “ ya sorry , bye”

Terrible communication and lack of care for patients. Called to book an appointment because I’m extremely sick and they gave me a Friday phone call appointment and an in person appointment 1 week later. I get two calls 20 minutes later when I’m in another appointment but no messages left. I call back 20 minutes later and neither receptionist seems to know why I was called? Then I come to find an email that was sent at 9:30 (I seen it at 2:30 as I went back to sleep after thinking I will get to at least talk to a doctor in two days) saying they’ve cancelled my phone appointment and I need to come in before 12:00 to discuss my concerns. Who would’ve sent that email and not made anyone aware of it?? Or better yet, called me back after doing a deeper investigation and “speaking to my colleague” as the one lady mentioned. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Excellent service! Came here for a same day covid test for travel, spent about 5 min there total. Was acknowledged by staff when I entered (even though she was busy with calls and other duties), went in for my appointment at approximately the scheduled time, Dr Bhatt was quick and professional.
