We brought our baby girl in this evening as she was quite under the weather. I won’t get into specifics, but our nurse (Angelo? I can’t remember. Thankfully I have friends that work in the ER so then I can make sure this man gets the recognition he deserves) was absolutely incredible. As a nurse, I know what good care looks like, but he exceeded any of my expectations. He was so thoughtful with our Millie Jane, so careful with us. There are truly no words to say how thankful we are for him tonight.

If your significant other or you are expecting a child, well let me tell you this. Expect to know nothing from this hospital, you will be a number on a board they pull you into a room where your partner is denied entry at every level for ultrasounds. And the mother isn't even allowed to see the screen, oh and they offer this app you scan on the wall so you can see any screening that have been posted... But expect to be extorted to view any of them after signing up for the service. Iv had friends and family get better treatment at other hospitals. Absolutely gutted to have any of this happen especially for my first child myself.

Came on a Wednesday in August for a simple ear ache. No walk in clinic or urgent care in Parry Sound so everyone just comes here. 5+ hour wait. Triage was really lovely and gave my son pain med right away and a popsicle. Waited 4 hours to get out of the waiting room.. This is Doug Ford's Ontario!

Went to visit from Mississauga for a laceration stitch. Took about 3 hours wait which is way better than most hospitals in Toronto and Mississauga wait times (about 6 to 12 hours or more). Thank you to the excellent staff from receptionists, nurses, and doctors at the ER department for the great experience! Staff were professional and friendly despite the amount of work vs. staffing ratio in rural areas like Parry Sound unlike in the cities in Toronto and GTA. I truly appreciate that!
