Had to pay for their mistake! I ordered onion rings and got fries. I was going to let it slide but decided I really wanted the onion rings. I asked for the rings and was told they were on the way. Then the waitress came to the table to tell me it would be $2. I was okay with that, sort of, then my order arrived, and I realized I was paying 40 cents for each ring! Waitress admitted it was her mistake. Food was good, not anything spectacular but it was okay.

Perfect steakhouse ! salad bar was clean and fresh with many options. Ribeye was Amazing !!! cooked as ordered and couldnt have been happier. Best steak i have had in a long while !! The waitress named Candy was sweeter than our desert 😍 , I wanted a to-go box of her !!

We came up here for our Valentine's weekend because Thermopolis, the world's largest mineral hot springs, is one of my favorite spots to visit in the lower 48. When we walked in, there was a 45 min to an hour wait, which I was expecting. Service could have been better represented. We finally got help being put on the waiting list by the lady who ended up being our server. Walked over to the bar, got a drink, and waited patiently. I was excited to eat here because of wonderful reviews, and the fact that this is Wyoming and I was excited to have my steak cooked to perfection😋 I was disappointed because I asked the server her preference between the rib eye dinner($38) and the bacon wrapped pork dinner($19). She suggested the rib eye, said it was her favorite. I ordered it medium rare. It came out more medium/ medium well, in my opinion, which made my pallet sad. I asked her how she put the order in. She said medium. When i told her i ordered medium rare, she showed the ticket she wrote when taking our order to verify she asked for medium rare☹️ She came over 4 times. First time was to say she be with us shortly to take our order(she took long enough to come back that the hostess came back to check if we'd been seen yet), Second time was to take our order(while we were sitting there waiting, I had to walk to bar to get a refill on my husband's soda). The 2nd time she came over was to drop off our food. The 3rd time she came was when I called her over to ask how she ordered my steak. The 4th time she came over was after I had already walked over to the hostess to get a to-go container and my check. I was willing to tip up to 30% for a job well done, but service fell short of expectations, and so did my tip.

After traveling across Wyoming and Montana for 14 nights this was the best dinner we had by far. Prices are good and the servings substantial. This meal has made our trip memorable for sure. We lived in Vienna, Austria for 4 years and we have just had the best schnitzel ever here. The pork filet just melted in your mouth as well.
